In 2007, Tamera Bennett converted her long-time skill of problem solving, which she has always used in negotiating deals for clients, to assisting third-parties in resolving disputes in the copyright, trademark and entertainment law arenas.
Tamera looks beyond the information “on the table” and listens to the needs and driving forces of the decisions the parties to the mediation are making.
As an attorney, Tamera can serve as a mediator without additional training. She elected to complete the 40-Hour Basic Mediation Course approved by the Texas Minimum Continuing Legal Education department to better serve her mediation clients.
